Join us for an evening of music and live video, framed by a unique art installation. Video master Travis Flournoy and artist Jesse Ottinger meet me at "Mars: The Red Planet", a musical exploration on that very theme. Specifically created for the Blue Whale and it's proprietor, Joon Lee. Also to commemorate the near-arrival of "Curiosity", the new Mars Rover lander that will land on the Red Planet on Aug 5, 2012.

With a great band: John Daversa- trumpet/EVI, Larry Koonse- guitar, Dave Robaire- bass, Dan Schnelle- drums
