Bill is flying in from Nashville for this once-in-a-lifetime gig. He’s a legendary Nashville sideman from the 60’s and 70’s who scored his own instrumental hit record in 1963, called “Our Winter Love.” I wouldn’t be surprised if the audience didn’t lure him into playing it!

Studio City’s singing sensation, Laura, can be heard every Wednesday night from 7:30-10:30pm at Mixology 101 in the Grove at the Farmers Market on Fairfax. There’s no cover and free 2 hour parking with validation. Laura and her stellar trio: Ron Eschete (guitar), Nick Schaadt (bass), and Kendall Kay (drums), will entertain you with straight ahead jazz in a 2nd story restaurant overlooking the Grove promenade. Mixology serves a full menu of trendy delicious food items and a full bar with specialty drinks. It’s a very hip and urban atmosphere, ideal for listening to these jazz maestros.

The unique event will be filmed along with excerpts from the Pursells interview on KCAL-9 that aired on Thursday Jan 7th, regarding their upcoming show.
