About

Sherri Roberts is a jazz-oriented singer with a warm voice. Raised in Atlanta, she moved to San Francisco and began exploring both jazz and classic pop, studying with Jeri Southern and working locally. She began recording for Brownstone, starting with 1994's Twilight World and continuing with Dreamsville in 1997. She moved to the Blue House/Pacific Jazz label to recors The Sky Could Send You in 2006 and Lovely Days in 2013, accompanied by such jazz luminaries as Phil Woods, Chris Potter, Mark Soskin and Danny Gottlieb. Roberts currently performs in major venues all over the Bay Area.
