About
Award-winning New York City jazz pianist Ben Rosenblum plays material from his debut album Instead (4 stars, Downbeat Magazine) at the Fulton Street Collective in Chicago, featuring the highly regarded Marty Jaffe on bass and Ben Zweig on drums. Described as an "impressive talent" by All About Jazz, Ben was a finalist the 2015 American Jazz Pianist Competition in Melbourne, Florida, and at the 2016 Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition in Jacksonville, Florida, and has played in the bands of Curtis Lundy, Bobby Watson, TS Monk, Winard Harper, Wayne Escoffery and many others.
