The music will focus on the legends of Jazz who perform the music of the 1950’s-1980’s, which represented the Be-Bop and Post Bop era’s. Music of the 2000’s will also be presented. Today, the music of the legends, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Horace Silver and John Coltrane amongst others is not widely presented today. I want to reintroduce the legends and to educate the younger generations to their music.
