About: 
Cassiopeia is a classical and alternative band that formed in the fall of the past year. The Chicago-based group is comprised of 3 classically trained musicians who use their time together to reminisce and explore through their music.
The group features pianist and producer June Thomas, vocalist Kensey Kendall, guitar player Alice Avery, and violinist Trinity Clay. The group met through college and their mutual love for the arts. Cassiopeia’s songs form spontaneously and intuitively. The members each bring a different element of beauty to every composition; June’s piano provides an elegant structure, Trinity’s instrumentation adds a layer of melody and harmony, and Kensey’s lyrics charge every song with emotion and memory.
