Linda Solotaire has been in residence at the Edgewater Beach Cafe for over 7 years. The charming Frech restaurant owned and operated by the same Vietnamese family for 35+ years features moderately priced cuisine all made to order with authentic sauces cooked from scratch. Brunch is a joy, with Belgian Waffles, Eggs Benedict, Mimosas and the best Bloody Marys in Chicago - kicking back on a Sunday with this great food and our wonderful trio is the best way to begin a fresh week.
