WDCB is excited to present an evening with bassist, composer and educator - Chuck Israels + all-star quintet!

Israels is perhaps best known as the bassist with the Bill Evans Trio from 1961 through 1966, appearing on a dozen albums. Israels is also known as a leader of his own groups, and as a passionate educator. He has also worked with Billie Holiday, Benny Goodman, Coleman Hawkins, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, John Coltrane and many others.
