The Derek Duleba Organ Trio brings the soulful traditions of the Hammond B-3 organ to the twenty-first century. Rooted in jazz and blues, the trio infuses feeling and excitement into every musical moment. The group explores the frontiers of modern musical invention. In addition to bringing life to the great old standards, the group explores new arrangements with cutting edge improvisational approaches. These approaches are engaging yet never lose sight of the authentic expressions of groove and emotional evocation imbedded within the history of the organ trio.
