The Humble Organisms blend R&B, rock, and funk with traditional jazz forms to create a powerful and energetic modern Organ Quartet. Although they occasionally stretch with extended solos, they place an emphasize on a tight arrangement with a deep groove and good feel. The group is influenced by The Meters, Medeski, Martin and Wood, The Deep Blue Organ Trio, Stevie Wonder and Sly The Family Stone among others.
The Humble Organisms play their own compositions as well as original arrangements of popular songs by classic and current artists.
