Ken Filiano's Quantum Entanglements at

The first set will feature material from Quantum Entanglements’ 2009 release, “Dreams From a Clown Car.” For the second set, guitarist Kenny Wessel will join the group for the U.S. premier of compositions written by Filiano for his and Wessel’s 2010 concert at the Villach (Austria) Jazz Festival.
Ken Filiano is a versatile, in-demand bassist and composer with credits in jazz, improvised music, classical music, tango, and interdisciplinary performance. In addition to Quantum Entanglements, he leads a trio with Michael Attias and Michael TA Thompson and Baudalino’s Dilemma with Warren Smith, Michael TA Thompson and Vinny Golia. He is a member of several collective groups including a trio with Marilyn Lerner and Lou Grassi; a duo with Steve Adams; a duo with Bonnie Barnett, and TranceFormation with Connie Crothers and Andrea Wolper.
