He has also played with Dave Morrisons Aces Frigidaire Woman was recorded by Chicago blues man Son Seals. He has recorded with Stress, Coleman and Lovano and released two solo CDs, Cant Blame the Band, and Ten From My Pen, the latter consisting of all original material. Blues loving jazzman, Joe Hunter, and jazz loving bluesman, Tim Matson formed a duo during the summer of 2023. These veterans of the Northeast Ohio music scene play their unique interpretations of jazz and blues from the 30s through the 70s, as well as their own spin on pop tunes.
