Drummer, Robert L. Hubbard Jr., is known for his diverse style of music consisting of jazz, gospel, R&B and rock. Hubbard is a gifted and respected drummer, producer and instructor. He began his preparatory studies at the Cleveland Music Settlement and was later accepted into the Cleveland School of the Arts (CSA).
After graduating CSA, Robert attended Jarvis Christian College in Texas. Robert began his music career playing with local artists throughout Greater Cleveland. His touring and performing career also consisted of him playing for such artists as Changing Faces, Gerald Albright, Kirk Whalum, Sean Jones, Conya Doss, David Garfield, George Benson, Angela Bofill, Alex Bugnon, R. Kelly and Marcus Johnson to name a few.
Pittsburgh-based pianist, organist, & bassist, Cliff Barnes, is an accomplished & versatile musician in genres ranging from gospel to jazz. Barnes has performed with some of the biggest names in the industry, including David Sanborn, Pieces of a Dream, Gerald Veasley, Phil Perry, Johnny Gill, Toney Terry, & Monifa to name a few. Heโs also served as the Music Director for Black Nativity Production at the University of Pittsburgh.
Most recently, Barnes appeared on the 2015 Marcus Miller album, Afrodeezia, on the Decca Records label (a division of Universal Music) โ donโt miss your chance to hear this amazing musician!
