Lennart Allkemper studied with Prof. Matthias Nadolny in Essen before moving to the Cologne University of Music and Dance. As a long-standing member of the JugendJazzOrchester NRW and the Bundesjazzorchester, he has traveled to China, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Finland, Estonia, Croatia, Austria, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

He is the youngest cultural award winner in his home town of Bottrop, a Yamaha Artist, Gottsu Artist and is not only at home in jazz, but has also become a permanent fixture in pop music. In 2022, he toured the stadiums of Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the Fantastischen Vier to celebrate their 30th anniversary, played with newcomer Nina Chuba at the 1Live Krone award ceremony and regularly makes guest appearances on TV productions such as TV Total, ZDF Magazin Royal and was a permanent member of the house band on the show “Täglich Frisch Geröstet” with Jens “Knossi” Knosalla.
