On Monday, June 30th, at 7:00pm, the Dazzle Classical Music Series will present the full production of Igor Stravinsky's "A Soldier's Tale" (Histoire du Soldat), one of the great masterpieces of 20th Century chamber music!

This production will feature musicians from the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, masterful narration by Dr. Howard Skinner (dean emeritus of the UNC school of music and conductor emeritus of the Greeley Philharmonic), and will be conducted by William Hill of the CSO. The virtuoso violin part will be performed by Rachel Segal, currently a member of the Tampere, Finland Philharmonic as well as the concertmaster of the Central City Opera.

The music, with its fiendishly difficult writing, constant time changes, and feverish pace, is still very accessible to audiences and remains one of Stravinsky's most beloved works. You are in for an evening of enjoyment, true artistry, and the chance to hear great music with your snacks, dinner, and drink!!
