After five years as Music Director with Maynard Ferguson along with touring on his own, DiBlasio continues to travel around the world performing and teaching. His approach of keeping things simple, informative and positive keeps his schedule extremely busy, booking dates sometimes three years in advance. His inspirational connection with young musicians is what makes a DiBlasio clinic so special. Keeping things attainable and fun make up the foundation of his friendly approach. It's what some people have termed 'Edutainment'. Why not?

Master Class: Denis will also be holding an open rehearsal with MJO followed by a clinic on Saturday, June 28th at 1p at the Community of Christ church (480 Marion St, Denver). Denis will talk about not only saxophone/flute techniques but improvisation, arranging as well as field your questions. Another great opportunity to meet and talk to one of jazz’s greats! Perfect for all ages; Denis is a skilled educator and very in tune with the young player!
