CAMP Rock at Jazz Academy

Recommended for ages 12 years and up

Get ready to rock! CAMP Rock is for individuals who play guitar, bass, drum set or sing. Each day will include listening to great rock recordings, jamming’ with your ensemble and sectional rehearsals with camp participants and great professional musicians. At the end of the week, each ensemble will be able to play and perform at least one song. There will be a special “live” lunchtime performance for family and friends at 12noon on Friday.

You must have some experience with your instrument and familiarity with barre chords, minor pentatonic scale, some reading of simple charts and/or tab knowledge. Registration is limited....
