The three musicians Samuel Tschudin, Pio Schürmann and Dimos Vryzas meet in thoughtless improvisation. Through experimenting with different Instrumentation, they overcome established sonic conventions and create a harmonic sculpture of noise.
All of them work with mechanical, electronic and electromagnetic manipulation of their instruments to achieve a rich spectrum of sound qualities. Which they use to create a variety of musical intensities, curves and textures.
The project exists since fall of 2020. They have since toured in Switzerland (2021) and Greece (2022). Their live album "Patras", recorded in Patras, Greece, will be released in September 2023....

JONAS ENGEL
Jonas Engel solo work deals with the creation of acoustic noise and sonority on wind instruments that gets its influence from electronic sounds through the development of extended techniques, instrument-alterations and eventually the electrification of those instruments. He explores the possibilities of multi layered textures with air, harmonics, saliva, microtones - displaying an inner body sound that makes its way to the surface. To produce sound he uses reeds going into tubes - such as soft-PVC-hoses, saxophone or ABS plastic trumpet - ending up in objects or electronic live processing.
