Danish/American percussionist Marilyn Mazur adds colorful nuances to the music with her enormous musical vocabulary on the percussion. With her innovative play Mazur has been an important driving force in Danish jazz since the beginning of the 80s, and with her role as an important musical component on tour with heavyweights such as Miles Davis and Jan Garbarek, she has cemented her position as one of the world’s most recognized percussionists. Den dansk/amerikanske perkussionist Marilyn Mazur farver musikken med sit enorme forråd af perkussion. Med sit nærværende og innovative spil har Mazur været en vigtig faktor i dansk jazz siden starten af 1980’erne, og hendes medlemskab af flere internationale grupper bl.a. med Miles Davis og Jan Garbarek har befæstet hendes position som en af verdens mest fremtrædende perkussionister.
