Just like Wynton Marsalis evolved as a musician under the tutelage of Art Blakey, he himself has mentored countless young talents during his career. On these nights, one of them, the accomplished pianist Eric Reed, visits Montmartre in order to carry on the torch, mentoring the two young Danish talents, Matthias Petri and Andreas Svendsen, who are sure to shape Danish jazz in the years to come.
