Kuba Więcek Trio at Jazzhus Montmartre

After living in Copenhagen for 3 years, Kuba Więcek moved to Warsaw, where he founded his own group made of the finest musicians in Poland; Michał Barański and Łukasz Żyta. Soon after, they recorded their debut album which was released by Warner Music as part of the legendary „Polish Jazz” series. This was the first release in the series in 28 years! The album brought a lot of attention to the group, and as a result they have played on several big festivals throughout Europe. Efter at have boet i København i 3 år, er Kuba Więcek flyttet tilbage til hans hjemby Warszawa, hvor han har dannet en trio med to af de bedste musikere i Polen; Michał Barański og Łukasz Żyta. I 2017 udgav de deres debutplade "Another Raindrop" på Warner Music's legendariske "Polish Jazz"-serie. Albummet har vakt meget interesseret hos presse og publikum, og siden udgivelsen har de spillet på store festivaler i hele Europa, vundet flere priser og fået overordentlig positiv omtale i selveste Downbeat Magazine!
