The new major jazz ensemble Maluba Orchestra has been started by Marilyn Mazur, Fredrik Lundin and Kasper Bai. The three composers' shared passion for writing music to a bigband-like collection of musicians has brought them together. Since then, the music has been composed and a strong team of experienced musicians has been gathered. The group is broadly composed in terms of age, gender and musical style, and together they create a festive and versatile musical output where there is room for both the dense ensemble plays and the personal voices
