Tomas Franck is one of today’s most well respected Danish tenor saxophonists and manages, immensely successfully, to carry on the legacy from some of Montmartre’s great tenor sax virtuosos: Stan Getz, Dexter Gordon and Ben Webster, to mention just a few. It will without doubt, be an evening late to be forgotten, when their old companion Alex Riel joins Franck, Willis and Fonnesbæk on stage.
