Malene Kjærgård will this evening be enchanting the audience with standards from the american songbook as well as her own compositions. Malene is inspired by great jazzsingers eg. Anita O'day, Sarah Vaughan and Dianne Reeves, but she always has her own sound with her soulfilled, bluesy og playfull frasing. Malene is at the moment composing songs for her debut record. This evening Malene will be accompanied by: Kjeld Lauritsen (org), Mads Kjølby (Gui) og Snorre Kirk (Dr) who will be playing great arrangements, that the groups has been creating together.
