'In this forever unfolding moment' is the debut release by a new, 13-piece ensemble assembled by Swedish bass player and composer Vilhelm Bromander, released september 29th on the Swedish label Thanasosis. It’s a sparkling Spiritual Jazz album, featuring three extended, stellar compositions by Bromander, performed by some of the most urgent voices from the Swedish scene of jazz- and improvised music, together with the otherworldly voice of dhrupad singer Marianne Svašek. In the music Bromanders love of jazz and northindian raga melts together and in the meeting is born a caringly wild-grown music with a heartfelt and powerful expression. This evening Bromander has six phenomenal musicians to help him, and it is in the meeting of their voices and dedication that the music has become what it is – collective, full of others, hope, care and resistance....

'In this forever unfolding moment' er debutudgivelsen fra et nyt, 13-mands ensemble samlet af den svenske kontrabassist og komponist Vilhelm Bromander, udgivet den 29. september på det svenske label Thanasosis. Det er et gnistrende Spiritual Jazz-album med tre udvidede, storslåede kompositioner af Bromander, udført af nogle af de mest presserende stemmer fra den svenske jazz- og improvisationsmusikscene, sammen med den usædvanlige stemme fra dhrupad-sangeren Marianne Svašek. I musikken smelter Bromanders kærlighed til jazz og nordindisk raga sammen, og i mødet opstår en kærligt vildtvoksende musik med en hjertevarm og kraftfuld udtryksform. Denne aften har Bromander seks fænomenale musikere til at hjælpe sig, og det er i mødet mellem deres stemmer og dedikation, at musikken er blevet det, den er - kollektiv, fuld af andre, håb, omsorg og modstand.
