The Modernistics make their debut in the Sunday Afternoon Concert Series at the Ossining Public Library with an exuberant show celebrating The Roaring Twenties. The group performs swinging songs and tap-dance numbers by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin, Hoagy Carmichael, and other master tunesmiths of the 1920s. Among the many audience favorites are Blue Skies, Love Me or Leave Me, Fascinating Rhythm, I Want To Be Happy, Stardust, and Let’s Misbehave.
