3rd annual Festival del Tambor will be held at Dazzle Jazz Club on Monday, April 24, at 7pm. The festival will feature guest percussionist Ruben P Alvarez performing with two local Afro-Caribbean bands - Kent Denver's Downbeat Award-winning Azucartones and CU-Denver's Voz de la Clave.
