The first annual Festival del Tambor will be held at Dazzle Jazz Club on Thursday, April 16, at 7p. The festival will feature master percussionist Ruben Alvarez and trombone extraordinaire Darren Kramer performing with three local Afro-Carribean bands - the Azucartones, Fuego Sabroso, and Voz de la Clave.
