What happens when an iconic jazz recording inspires a chef and sommelier? RENDITIONS -An interactive 5 course dinner where the art of gastronomy and music collide. Once per quarter, the Nocturne hospitality team creates an original tasting menu that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums through flavor, texture, and emotion. In addition to celebrating the release of the new menu, the night includes interactive chats and in depth course explanations by Chef Greg Weadick and sommelier/Nocturne co-owner Scott Mattson. For our 22nd Renditions Menu we'll be paying homage to the eternal Chet Baker with an emphasis on the recordings he made with Pacific Records.
