About
Formed in Detroit in 2008, The jazz group Trio Nomadian keeps one foot planted in the tradition of past masters and the other foot stepping gladly into the future. Composed of bassist Damon Warmack (Ronnie Cuber, Lenny White, KEM, Bob James), keyboardist Demetrius Nabors (Randy Scott, Dennis Coffey, Fred Hammond) and drummer Nate Winn (Jesse Palter, Charlie Wilson), the group has synthesized influences like Chick Corea, The Yellowjackets and Frank Zappa into their own unique blend of jazz standards and contemporary originals.
