Me & Sarah: The Legacy of Sarah Vaughan is a concert performance about the life and music of famous African American jazz singer, Sarah Vaughan. Performed by vocalist, Naima Shamborguer and actor/narrator, John Hardy with a five-piece instrumental ensemble, the performance will consist of music Sarah performed during her 50-year history in the business. The compositions will include ballads, Latin and show tunes and be-bop in the style she made famous.
