The 15th Dominican Republic Jazz Festival, Nov 9-Nov 12, stars top jazz musicians from the Americas. Meets in Cabarete & Sosua, mostly outdoors, two days & nights on Cabarete Beach. Mostly free, except one night at which the $5.25 goes to jazz education programs for youth.
