This season's curator, Chris Guilfoyle returns to the Jazz Co-op all by himself for a solo guitar performance.

Solo jazz guitar has been a long-held tradition pioneered by legendary figures such as Joe Pass, George Van Eps, Lenny Breau as well as a seminal solo guitar recording from these shores by Louis Stewart.

With this set, Chris hopes to define solo jazz guitar in his own terms using his diverse range of musical influences from grunge and math rock, to electronica and drum and bass as well as inspiration from the current political situation in the world to create a work of music for solo guitar that is both varied and deeply personal....
