Phil is one of the brightest lights of the new wave of UK jazz artists emerging today and was the recipient of a Parlimentary Award back in 2014 in the cathegory of “Jazz newcomer of the year”. International Jazz comes to Dublin once more with the arrival of Phil Meadows, an inspirational young saxopinists from London. Meadows was a member of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra from 2011 to 2014.

Living in London his music is inspired by global sounds demonstrated by his passion for uniting and collaborating with musicians from all over the world. Currently Meadows performs across a multitude of genres from jazz and classical to hip-hop, electronic, contemporary music and more. He is a multi-instrumentalist with a focus on saxophone, clarinet and flute as well as a prolific composer, orchestrator and conductor.

Peter Moc Group
After one whole year of playing and recording with world renowned jazz artists from New York , Norway, England and Czech Rep., PMG is getting ready for playing and recording their final show from their 2017/18 tour. This group is featuring English saxophonist Phil Meadows, guitarist Peter Moc, Kevin Brady on drums, Andrew Csibi on electric bass.

Irish audience can look forward to listening to new original jazz-rock compositions and own arrangements of rock classics by Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Police and Toto.
