The Flame Jazz Summer Live concert series consists of current names in the Finnish jazz scene and talented ensembles. The concerts are free of charge and are held every Wednesday from 8 May to 14 August 2024 in a cosy park atmosphere in Turku's Cathedral Park Terrace.

Saksofonisti Andreas Toftemark on laajalti tunnustettu ja palkittu jazzmestari Kööpenhaminasta, joka on viime vuosien aikana vakiinnuttanut paikkansa tanskalaisella ja eurooppalaisella jazzkentällä. Kirkkopuiston Terassilla Andreas Toftemark Quartetin kokoonpanoa täydentävät tanskalainen rumpali Andreas Svendsen sekä kotimaiset jazztaitajat: basisti Filemon Von Numers ja pianisti Tuomo Uusitalo. Kvartetti esittää Toftemarkin omia sävellyksiä, joissa leikitellään harmonioilla, improvisaatiolla ja rytmeillä jazzin perinnettä unohtamatta.
Flame Jazz Summer Live -konserttisarja koostuu kotimaisen jazzkentän ajankohtaisista nimistä ja taidokkaista kokoonpanoista. Maksuttomista ja ikärajattomista keikoista nautitaan kesäkauden ajan aina keskiviikkoisin 8.5.–14.8.2024 viihtyisässä puistotunnelmassa Turun Tuomiokirkonpuistossa.
