Marjo Leinonen & The BubliCans on räyhäkäs ja rytminen orkesteri, joka soittaa New Orleans -hengessä sykkivää soulia. Viisihenkinen kokoonpano taipuilee notkeasti bluesin syvistä virtauksista riemukkaaseen gospelralliin ja saa aikaan väreitä hyytävän svengaavalla funk-poljennolla. Tiivistunnelmaista ja taatusti ytimiin uppoavaa juurimusiikkia!
Viimeisin albumi Holy Roller ilmestyi keväällä 2023. BubliCans on Marjo Leinosen viimeisin kokoonpano ja jatkaa soulrockin mehevää kaanonia, jonka monensävyisessä maastossa Leinonen on operoinut taatusti omaleimaisella ja henkeäsalpaavalla tyylillään läpi 30 vuotisen laulajan historiansa.

Vuonna 2026 tulee kuluneeksi 100 vuotta siitä, kun jazz symbolisesti rantautui Andania-laivan mukana Suomeen. Vuosi on siten historiallinen kotimaisen jazzin juhlavuosi: Jazz Suomi 100 -juhlavuosi. Juhlavuosi nostaa esiin kotimaista jazzia ja sen tekijöitä niin Suomessa kuin ulkomailla, ja juhlii jazzia osana suomalaista kulttuuriperintöä. Jazz Suomi 100 -kampanjaa koordinoi Suomen Jazzliitto.
