Ray Brown Jr. at Juneteenth Jazz Splash Festival

Join us on June 18th and 19th,, 2011 for our 13th annual Juneteenth celebration at Arcosanti. Two full days of music include performances by vocalist Ray Brown Jr. and Freddie Eckstine as well as an exciting line-up of Louisiana Reggae, Blues, Jazz, Gospel and Rock. Come out to see this wonderful second generation of performers and celebrate the emancipation proclamation act of 1865!

The whole family will enjoy live music as it fills the stunning architecture of Arcosanti amidst a beautiful canyon landscape. Don't miss the Saturday night highlight of a lively dance party under the Arcosanti Vaults. There will also be food and retail vendors, fine art, crafts, hiking, raffles, and games. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring a blanket and curl up to the music....

Arcosanti is located midway between Phoenix and Flagstaff, at exit 262 off I-17 and Rt. 69 Cordes Jct, AZ. Take the Cordes Junction/Prescott turnoff and follow the signs for Arcosanti.
