Joe Pittman is executive chef of Mereday's Brasserie. He was formerly executive chef of Mereday's Fine Dining, and has worked with Charles Mereday for five years. Chef Joe is also a craft beer brewer; craft beers are a highlight of the Brasserie menu. Brasserie translates as "brewery" in French.
