The captivating Miami based Austrian pianist and composer Markus Gottschlich has been described as "..a painter of emotions" (AllAboutJazz.com) and his music compared to "... a Shakespearean sonnet" (Jazzreview.com). Coming from a classical background, Mr. Gottschlich's most recent Jazz project incorporates the wealth of global sounds he has encountered while traveling and performing. Set to be released in the spring of 2013, his sophomore album features Grammy Award winning musicians such as Federico Britos and Jose Javier Freire.
