A meeting of two premier drummers is an event you won’t want to miss. Tony Bruno rarely finds time for jazz gigs these days, because he’s in great demand for theatrical and circus productions. Johnny Moore, who is noted for his extremely tasty and minimalist style, is one of the most sought-after drummers in the region. He has been a full-time professional musician since 1970, working for 14 years in his native Kansas with Jay McShann, Clark Terry, Herb Ellis and Bob Brookmeyer. He has toured nationally with the Gaslight Gang and been in the back-up band for the Four Freshman. John also worked with both the late legendary jazzmen John LaPorta and Jack Brokensha.

Joining Bruno and Moore will be pianist Jim Prosser and tenor sax man Ron Drischell.
