Äkä polyphonies are a complex 3, 4 or 5 voice form better known as pygmy songs. Since 2003 they have been classified as intangible cultural heritage of Humanity by Unesco.Leïla Martial is a composer, multi-tone vocalist mixing melodic lines, noise, and imaginary polyglottism. Two other accomplices at this concert: body percussionist Rémi Leclerc and drummer Éric Pérez.Beyond the unprecedented encounter between the Ndima band, bearer of an ancestral culture, and the three improvisers from the southwest of France, in the center of the plateau there will be otherness, fraternity, generosity, simply united around the pleasure of playing the voice and the body. Les polyphonies Äkä sont une forme complexe à 3, 4 ou 5 voix plus connues sous le nom de chants pygmées. Depuis 2003 elles sont classées héritage culturel immatériel de l’Humanité par l’UnescoLeïla Martial est compositrice, vocaliste multi timbrée mêlant lignes mélodiques, bruitisme et polyglottisme imaginaire. Deux autres complices à ce concert : le body percussionniste Rémi Leclerc et le batteur Éric Pérez.Au-delà de la rencontre inédite entre le groupe Ndima, porteur d’une culture ancestrale, et les trois improvisateurs originaires du Sud-Ouest de la France, au centre du plateau il y aura l’altérité, la fraternité, la générosité, simplement réunies autour du plaisir de jouer de la voix et du corps. Une rencontre interculturelle placée sous le signe du respect et du dialogue des cultures ; un grand moment d’humanité !
