Immersed in jazz from an early age, Behia took her first steps at the Cannes Conservatoire, then worked on her voice with one of the great Caruso's disciples, before returning to her first love: jazz.The originality of her concerts lies in the harmonious combination she achieves by blending the music of legendary American jazzmen with that of Brazilian "giants". She travels with ease between American standards that have toured the world, Brazilian rhythms and Spanish-American classics, not forgetting French jazz specialists such as Claude Nougaro, Henri Salvador, Charles Trenet and Michel Legrand...She will be accompanied by the Italian musicians of the Looking Up Project quartet, Jean-Baptiste Bolazzi, Guido Bombardieri & Sandro Massazza, who presented their Tribute to Michel Petrucciani at Jazz UP in April 2024. Baignant dans le jazz dès sa plus tendre enfance Behia fait ses premières armes au Conservatoire de Cannes puis travaille sa voix avec l’un des disciples du grand Carus avant de retourner à ses premières amours : le Jazz.L’originalité de ses concerts réside dans la combinaison harmonieuse qu’elle réalise en mêlant la musique des légendaires jazzmen américains à celle des "géants" brésiliens. Elle voyage avec aisance entre les standards américains qui ont fait le tour du monde, les rythmes brésiliens, mais également les classiques hispano-américains ; sans oublier nos spécialistes du jazz français tels que Claude Nougaro, Henri Salvador, Charles Trenet, Michel Legrand…Elle sera accompagnée par les musiciens italiens du quartet Looking Up Project, Jean-Baptiste Bolazzi, Guido Bombardieri & Sandro Massazza qui nous ont présenté à Jazz UP en avril 2024 leur Tribute to Michel Petrucciani. Le batteur André Guiglion complétera la section rythmique.
