First Friday Jazz Jams at Artserve

Gold Coast Jazz presents a monthly student jazz jam featuring local jazz students with a professional backline at ArtServe in Fort Lauderdale. This monthly jam session occurs from January through June each year. Jazz students are invited to bring their instruments, their friends and family and participate in this live open jam session. The evening kicks off with a brief set by our GCJS jazz quartet led by Nicole Yarling and is followed by jamming with local student musicians. The Friday Jazz Jams provide students a chance to perform and hone their skills with a live professional backline, provided by the Gold Coast Jazz Society for each jam session.
