"Tribute to Stan Getz" with the Gold Coast Jazz Society Band featuring Billy Ross, Saxophone
Martin Hand, Music Director
Created in 1994 by Lee Amlie and jazz guitarist Simon Salz, the GCJS band has been featured on the mainstage concert series for many years. They have performed for audiences from Sarasota to Miami, with such jazz greats as Dick Hyman, Howard Alden, Frank Vignola, Bucky Pizzarelli,
Richie Cole and Bob Wilbur. A Tribute to Stan Getz promises to be an exciting evening with saxophonist Billy Ross.
