Gold Coast Jazz Society Presents the Karrin Allyson Trio: Karrin Allyson Sings Rogers & Hammerstein
In May of 2015, as part of a new agreement with Motéma Music, jazz pianist/vocalist Karrin Allyson headed back into the recording studio for a very intimate look at the music of Rodgers and Hammerstein with “Many a New Day (Karrin Allyson Sings Rodgers & Hammerstein).” This concert features many of the favorites from this album and the Rogers and Hammerstein songbook, tunes with “gorgeous melodies, near perfect lyrics, music that begs to be sung,” - Karrin Allyson. You’ll be singing “Oh, What a Beautiful Morning” the next day after this great concert!
