Touring as a bandleader, Benny has appeared as a trumpet soloist alongside Josh Groban, Ben Folds, Isaac Mizrahi, Ann Hampton Callaway and more. He has been featured at many New York venues and has been a special guest with the Pittsburgh Symphony Pops Orchestra, the Columbus Jazz Orchestra, and the Minsk Philharmonic Orchestra. He also has many TV credits. His global recognition has been bolstered by recent live-streaming concerts at Smalls Jazz Club, where he maintains a weekly residency.
CCJS members are free. Non-members can purchase tickets at the door for $25.00, cash or check. Students are free. Doors open at 6:30. The concert starts at 7:00.
