About
Decyo McDuffie is an up and coming, professional, and award-winning jazz vocalist whose classic sound harkens back to traditional swing jazz styles from the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Decyo currently resides in Southwest Florida where he is very in-demand for performances and collaborations. Critics have compared him to greats like Nat King Cole and Johnny Mathis.
Grammy-nominated jazz vocalist Jane Monheit has referred to Decyo as being “One of the most brilliant young singers out there.” Decyo was recently awarded third place in the 2023 Ella Fitzgerald International Jazz Vocal Competition hosted by the prestigious Blues Alley Jazz Club in Washington D.C.
