The goal of Slate's is to introduce a taste of New Orleans to Southwest Florida, with savory dishes like Gumbo, Etouffée, and Seafood Pasta. Slate's Jazz Club presents live music 4 nights per week. The Saturday night band presents a mix of swing and traditional New Orleans jazz, from 7:30-10:30.
