JAZZ @THE LOFT, the weekly home for jazz in Columbus, presents, SHEET MUZIK, featuring CHARLES ROBINSON, this Friday 7:00 to 9:00. This is the first time this exciting band has played Jazz @ The Loft. We are sure that you will be pleased with this unique blend of straight ahead, funk and blues. Charles Robinson “BIG SAXXIE” – alto sax, is no stranger to The Loft. He is the musician’s musician and is sure to thrill and amaze. Michel Robinson, organ-vocals, is a voice major at CSU and has appeared at the Loft and with the CSU Big Band and combo on numerous occasions. He is a seasoned jazz artist with serious skills ranging from classical to gospel. Jesse Worney – bass, is the“can play-it-all “ sort of musician and has opened for William McMurphy and William McDowell and other gospel artists.
