Noel A. Webley II has been a band leader and playing bass since the early 1970s. He is well known in the GR community for his work on the bass as well as his photography for Grand Rapids Press and his many years as an art teacher In the GR Public school system. Noel will take the stage playing bass and will be joined by keyboardist Blois "JR" Simmons, guitarist Rick Hicks, saxman John Gist, and drummer Paul E. Smith, and will be introducing a new vocalist Rashaunda “Shug” Davis.
